Patient Journey

The Clinic

Our clinic is located on the lower ground floor at 33 Holland Street, in Kensington where patients will have their consultations and treatments. The clinic has received a special treatment license from the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to provide injectables and perform skin rejuvenation treatments using ablative and non-ablative lasers. The clinic is open from Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 6 PM. Those requiring discretion are able to arrange special appointments.

First Contact

Once first contact is made, either by phone, email or video, we will start with an informal chat to discuss your concerns with the aim of suggesting potential treatment that might be suitable. By the end of this informal chat, you will be armed with sufficient information including treatment prices to decide if you would like to have an in-person consultation. Booking a consultation can be done by calling us or reaching out to us online.

The Consultation

Upon arrival at the clinic for your consultation, or by video if you prefer, you will be given a medical questionnaire to complete and offered a complimentary skin diagnosis using multi-spectral imaging. This technology can reveal damage and signs of ageing beneath the surface of the skin that is not visible to the human eye. A detailed skin complexion report is produced which assists us to advise you on the best skin rejuvenation treatments. During our consultation, we will provide you with an individual treatment plan and information about each treatment. This will give you a clear idea of what we can offer you, the results that can be achieved, the maintenance of these results and the costs.

Your Treatment

At the appointment you will be required to sign a consent form and your treatment will be discussed in detail to ensure you are happy with all aspects of the procedure. There will be ample opportunity for you to ask any further questions. If the practitioner feels that you are unsure, he or she will be unable to move forward. Pre- and post-treatment photographs are taken so that success and efficacy can be monitored. Your consent is required before taking photographs. Follow-up appointments may be recommended depending on the treatment.

Post-Treatment

Once your treatment is complete, you will be informed about maintenance and potential at-home treatments depending on the procedure you went through. You may always come back to us for a review appointment (free of charge) to see the progress and go through your pre- and post-treatment images. You also have the option to talk about any future treatments you are willing to take.
