1. About these terms
- “TK Medispa”, “we” and “us” mean Tatiana Karelina Limited (company number 07825025), trading as TK Medispa, 33 Holland Street, Kensington, London W8 4LX.
- These terms apply to Endolift photo assessments, video consultations and treatment with Dr Rohit Seth at TK Medispa.
- You may have other rights granted by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer, and these terms do not affect those rights.
- We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in place when your treatment is booked apply to that treatment.
- These terms are governed by English law.
2. Photo assessment and video consultation
- Sending your photos and the video consultation with Dr Seth are free.
- Dr Seth decides whether Endolift is suitable for you. He may advise that it is not, or that another approach such as surgery would suit you better. There is no charge for that advice.
- Information on this website is general guidance and does not replace your consultation.
3. Prices
- Dr Seth confirms a fixed price for your treatment at the video consultation. It includes the photo assessment, video consultation, treatment, local anaesthetic, aftercare and review.
- Prices shown on this website are correct at the time of display. Once your price is confirmed, we will not change it.
- Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies.
- We accept payment by credit or debit card.
4. Booking your treatment
- If you choose to go ahead, your treatment is booked 5 to 7 days after your video consultation.
- Your written consultation summary and consent form are sent to you beforehand, so you can read them at home.
- The team confirms how and when payment is taken when your treatment is booked.
5. Treatment day and your full refund
- Dr Seth sees you in person before anything is done, and consent is signed on the day.
- If, after that consultation on the day, you decide not to go ahead, you will receive a full refund.
- We do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but a late arrival may mean we have to rearrange your appointment.
- We cannot allow children under the age of 14 into the clinic, for their own safety.
6. Changing or cancelling
- Please give at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to move or cancel your treatment, by phone, email or in person.
- If you miss your treatment appointment without giving notice, any deposit paid may be forfeited.
7. Your health information
- You confirm that you are aged 18 or over.
- You must answer the medical questionnaire truthfully and fully, and tell us about any change in your health before treatment. TK Medispa cannot be held responsible for complications that arise because information was not given or was inaccurate.
8. Results
Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Dr Seth explains what is realistic for you at your consultation, and reviews your progress after treatment.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
- Without affecting your statutory rights, the information on this website is provided without warranty, and we do not promise that it is complete or current or that the website will always be available or error free.
10. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failing to meet these terms because of events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, riots, strikes, shortage of supplies, industrial action, war, disease or fire. If this affects your appointment, we will rearrange it with you.
11. Data protection
We take our data protection responsibilities seriously. Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your information.
12. Complaints
Complaints should be made by email to info@tkmedispa.co.uk, addressed to the clinic manager. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days.
