From your first photos to your final result, every step is led by Dr Rohit Seth, and nothing is signed until you have met him in person.

Send your photos
Send a few clear photos of the areas that concern you, front and side, in natural light. Dr Rohit Seth reviews them personally to assess whether Endolift® is suitable for you, before you commit to anything.

Video consultation with Dr Seth
If Endolift® looks suitable, you'll have a free video consultation with Dr Seth on Zoom, WhatsApp or Google Meet. He talks through your goals, medical history, what is realistic for you and your fixed, all inclusive price.

Book treatment 5 to 7 days later
If you'd like to go ahead, treatment is usually booked 5 to 7 days after your video consultation. Before the day, we send you a written confirmation of your consultation, with your treatment plan, price and consent information, so you have time to review it calmly.

Treatment day: in person consultation and consent
On the day, Dr Seth sees you in person, examines again the area and answers any last questions. You only sign the consent form then. If you decide not to go ahead on the day, you cancel and receive a full refund.

Aftercare
Treatment takes around an hour under local anaesthetic, and you go home the same day with an aftercare kit and written instructions. Most people are back at work the next day, and the clinic team is on hand if you have any questions.

Your results
Tightening shows as the swelling settles, and the full result builds over 3 to 6 months as new collagen forms. Dr Seth reviews your progress and takes after photos in the same light and position as before.
How to take your photos
- Natural daylight, facing a window, no flash
- No make up, glasses or filters, hair tied back
- Three angles: straight on, left side and right side
- Relaxed face, chin level, not tilted up
- For body areas, photograph the area front and side

Your consultation confirmation
After your video consultation, and before treatment day, we send you a written confirmation of what was discussed: the areas to be treated, your fixed price, what to expect, aftercare and the consent information. Please read it carefully and send us any questions before you arrive.
On treatment day
- In person consultation with Dr Seth. He examines again the area and confirms the plan.
- You sign the consent form only once you are happy to proceed.
- Local anaesthetic, then treatment, usually around an hour.
- You go home the same day with your aftercare kit.
If you decide not to go ahead on the day, you cancel and receive a full refund.
Aftercare and results
Swelling usually settles over a few days and most people return to work the next day. The full result builds over 3 to 6 months, when Dr Seth reviews you and takes after photos. Read the day by day recovery guide and see real results.
