About Endolift
What is Endolift?
Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser treatment that tightens skin and reduces small fat deposits. Under local anaesthetic, a fibre finer than a hair is placed just beneath the skin to deliver 1470 nm laser energy, which contracts tissue, reduces fat and stimulates collagen.
Is Endolift a non surgical facelift?
Endolift is often described as a non surgical facelift because it lifts and tightens without incisions or general anaesthetic. It suits early to moderate sagging. It does not remove excess skin like a surgical facelift.
Why is it important that Endolift creates new collagen?
Collagen is the protein that keeps skin firm and elastic, and we make less of it as we age. The gentle heat from Endolift triggers a healing response that replaces weaker collagen with stronger new collagen, which is why the skin keeps firming for around 6 months after treatment.
What areas can Endolift treat?
On the face: jowls, jawline, under the chin, neck, cheeks and malar bags. On the body: upper arms, abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, knees, buttocks and elbows.
Can Endolift treat cellulite?
Endolift can improve the look of mild cellulite in some patients, because the laser loosens the fibrous bands that pull the skin down and tightens the skin above them. It is not a cure and results vary. Dr Seth will tell you honestly at your photo assessment whether your area is worth treating.
Is endolaser the same as Endolift?
Not necessarily. Endolift is the trademarked treatment using the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 with original fibres. "Endolaser" is a general term that may describe treatment with other devices.
What device does TK Medispa use?
The genuine Eufoton® LASEmaR® 1500, with original single use fibres.
How long does the treatment take?
Most face treatments take about 45 to 60 minutes. Larger or combined areas take longer.
Does Endolift hurt?
The area is numbed with local anaesthetic, so most patients feel pressure and warmth. Some moments can feel slightly uncomfortable. You are awake throughout and can talk to Dr Seth at any time.
Cost and payment
How much does Endolift cost in London?
At TK Medispa: single face area £1,500, lower face £2,000, full face £2,500, single body area £2,000 and stomach £3,000.
What is included in the price?
Consultation, treatment by Dr Seth, local anaesthetic, original single use fibres, aftercare kit and a review appointment.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Dr Seth's photo assessment and video consultation are free, with no obligation to book treatment.
Why is Endolift cheaper at some clinics?
Very low prices may mean a different device, reused or non original fibres, or a less experienced practitioner. Always ask which device and fibre will be used.
What does the full face price include?
The full face covers the cheeks, malar bags, jowls, chin and neck in one session, with Dr Seth's photo assessment, video consultation, local anaesthetic, aftercare and review.
Results
When will I see results?
Some tightening is visible once swelling settles, usually within one to two weeks. The full result develops over three to six months.
How long do Endolift results last?
Results can last up to 2 years, depending on age, skin quality, weight stability, sun and smoking. Treated fat cells do not return, but your skin keeps ageing naturally, so some patients choose a repeat treatment later.
Is Endolift permanent?
No. Endolift tightens the skin and the small fat cells it treats do not come back, but it does not stop ageing. Results can last up to 2 years, depending on age, skin quality, weight stability, sun and smoking. Some patients choose a repeat treatment later to keep the result.
How many sessions will I need?
Most patients need one Endolift session.
Will I look natural?
Yes. Endolift tightens your own tissue rather than adding volume or pulling skin, so results look natural.
Are your before and after photos real?
Yes. They are unretouched, taken in the same light and position, and shown with written patient consent.
Can Endolift get rid of jowls?
It can significantly improve early to moderate jowls. Very heavy jowls may need surgery, and Dr Seth will tell you honestly.
Does Endolift work on a double chin?
Yes. It reduces small fat deposits under the chin and tightens the skin at the same time.
Recovery and safety
How long is the downtime?
Most people return to work the next day. Swelling usually settles within a few days and tenderness within one to two weeks.
How long does swelling last?
Swelling usually peaks over the first two to three days and settles noticeably within a week.
When can I exercise?
Most people return to strenuous exercise after about a week. Follow Dr Seth's personal advice.
Will I need a compression garment?
You may be advised to wear one for a short period, particularly after neck, chin or body treatment.
What aftercare is needed after Endolift?
Keep the area clean and dry for the first day, wear the compression strap or garment for 3 to 4 days on the neck and body, avoid hot baths, saunas, hard exercise and alcohol for a few days, and use sun protection. You go home with written instructions and the team is on hand for any questions.
Is Endolift safe?
Endolift is considered safe when performed by an experienced doctor using the genuine device and original fibres. Dr Seth will explain all risks at consultation.
What are the side effects?
Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, temporary numbness and small firm areas where fat was treated are the most common. These usually settle within days to weeks.
Can Endolift go wrong?
Burns, nerve irritation, irregularities or infection can happen but are rare in experienced hands.
Will there be scars?
No stitches are needed. The fibre enters through tiny pinprick points that usually heal without visible marks.
Suitability
Am I a good candidate?
Endolift is best for early to moderate laxity and small, stubborn fat deposits, in people in good general health with realistic expectations.
Will Endolift work for me?
The quickest way to find out is to send 3 photos. Dr Seth reviews them personally and tells you honestly whether Endolift is likely to help before you commit to anything. It works best for mild to moderate laxity and small pockets of fat.
What is the best age for Endolift?
Most patients are in their late 30s to 60s. Skin quality matters more than age, and Dr Seth will assess yours at consultation.
Who should not have Endolift?
Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with active skin infections in the area, and some people with blood clotting, autoimmune or keloid conditions. Each case is assessed individually.
Is Endolift better than a facelift?
Not for advanced sagging. For early to moderate sagging, Endolift can give a visible lift with far less downtime and no scars.
Is Endolift better than HIFU?
For visible laxity and fat along the jaw and chin, usually yes. HIFU works from outside the skin and suits milder laxity.
Can HIFU or RF microneedling give the same result as Endolift?
Not in the same way. HIFU focuses ultrasound from outside the skin and RF microneedling mainly improves the skin surface and texture. Endolift works directly under the skin with a laser fibre, so it can tighten deeper and also reduce small pockets of fat. For visible jowls or a soft jawline, Endolift usually does more in a single session.
What is the difference between Endolift and FaceTite?
Both work under the skin through tiny entry points. FaceTite uses radiofrequency energy and often needs more anaesthetic, while Endolift uses a 1470 nm laser fibre under local anaesthetic. In London FaceTite typically costs £5,000 to £6,000, while Endolift at TK Medispa costs from £1,500.
Should I choose Endolift, FaceTite or a surgical facelift?
Endolift suits mild to moderate laxity and small fat pockets with a quick recovery. FaceTite covers similar ground at a higher cost. A surgical facelift is the better choice for heavy, hanging skin. Dr Seth is a plastic surgeon, so he will tell you honestly which option fits your face, even when it is not Endolift.
Can men have Endolift?
Yes. Many men choose Endolift for a sharper jawline and firmer neck with minimal downtime.
Can I have Endolift after weight loss?
Yes, for mild to moderate loose skin, once your weight has been stable for a few months.
Can I have Endolift if I have fillers or threads?
Often yes. Dr Seth will check the timing and assess any filler or threads in the area at consultation.
