Endolift for jowls · Jawline tighteningLift the jowls. Redraw the jawline.

Endolift® is one of the most effective non surgical treatments for jowls. A laser fibre placed under the skin tightens loose tissue and reduces fat along the jawline in a single session, under local anaesthetic.

Why jowls form

Jowls develop when the skin and the ligaments that support the lower face loosen, and small fat pads along the jaw slip downwards. Collagen loss, weight change, genetics and sun damage all speed this up. The result is a softer, heavier jawline that can make you look tired or older than you feel.

How Endolift® treats jowls

Endolift® treats both causes of jowls at once: it contracts loose tissue and reduces the fat that weighs the jawline down.

  1. A fibre finer than a hair is placed through a pinprick entry point beneath the skin.
  2. 1470 nm laser energy contracts the connective tissue, so the skin tightens.
  3. Small pockets of fat along the jowl are liquefied and cleared naturally by the body.
  4. Over the following months, new collagen keeps tightening the jawline.

Common questions

Can Endolift get rid of jowls?

Endolift can significantly lift and reduce early to moderate jowls by tightening loose tissue and reducing fat along the jawline. Very heavy jowls may need surgery, and Dr Seth will tell you honestly at consultation.

How many Endolift sessions do jowls need?

Most patients need one session. A stable weight and daily sun protection help the result last.

How much is Endolift for jowls?

Jowls as a single area cost £1,500. The lower face treatment, covering jowls, chin and neck, costs £2,000.

Does Endolift for jowls hurt?

The area is numbed with local anaesthetic, so most patients feel pressure and warmth rather than pain.
