The short answer
If your skin is still reasonably elastic and sagging is early to moderate, Endolift® can give a visible lift without surgery. If you have heavy jowls, significant excess skin or deep neck bands, a facelift will usually give a much bigger, longer lasting result.

Why a surgeon's opinion matters
Dr Rohit Seth is a plastic surgeon with more than 17 years of surgical experience. He has no reason to steer you towards a non surgical treatment that won't give you the result you want. If surgery is the better choice, he will say so.
Can Endolift delay a facelift?
For many people in their 40s and 50s, Endolift® can maintain a good jawline and delay the point at which surgery is needed. It does not stop ageing, and it is not a substitute for surgery when sagging is severe.
Common questions
Is Endolift as good as a facelift?
No non surgical treatment matches a facelift for advanced sagging. For early to moderate sagging, Endolift can give a visible lift with far less downtime and no scars.
Can Endolift delay the need for a facelift?
For many patients, yes. By tightening skin and stimulating collagen, it can maintain the jawline for longer. It does not stop natural ageing.
Can I have Endolift after a facelift?
Often yes, to refine or maintain the result. Dr Seth will assess your tissues at consultation.
