How Endolift® works
What is Endolift? A laser fibre that lifts from within.
Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser procedure and a leading non surgical alternative to a facelift or liposuction. Under local anaesthetic, a fibre finer than a hair is placed just beneath the skin. It delivers controlled laser energy where sagging and stubborn fat begin.
Skin tightening, immediately
Laser energy contracts the connective tissue under the skin. Many patients see a tighter jawline and neck as soon as the swelling settles.
Fat is reduced
At set parameters, pockets of fat under the chin, along the jowls or on the body are liquefied and cleared naturally by the body.
Collagen rebuilds

Ask Dr SethDoes Endolift® hurt?
The area is numbed with local anaesthetic, so most patients feel only pressure and warmth. Some describe brief moments as slightly uncomfortable. You are awake throughout and can talk to Dr Seth at any time.
How long is the downtime?
Most people return to work the next day. Swelling and redness usually settle within a few hours to a few days. Mild tenderness or numbness can last 7 to 14 days. Where fat was treated, small firm areas can be felt for a few weeks while the body clears it.
When will I see results?
Some tightening is visible as soon as the swelling goes down. The full result develops over 3 to 6 months as new collagen and elastin form, and treated areas often keep improving for several months after that.
How long do results last?
Results are long lasting. Treated fat cells do not return, and the new collagen is your own tissue. Your skin will continue to age naturally. A stable weight, not smoking and daily sun protection help the result last.
How much does Endolift® cost?
Single face areas start at £1,500, the lower face is £2,000 and the full face is £2,500. Body areas start at £2,000. Your exact, all inclusive price is confirmed at your free consultation.
Am I a good candidate?
Endolift® is best for early to moderate laxity and small, stubborn fat deposits. If your sagging is advanced, Dr Seth, as a plastic surgeon, will tell you honestly whether surgery would serve you better.
