What Endolift does for the neck and chin
Under the chin, Endolift® does two jobs: it melts small fat deposits and contracts the skin over them, so the area looks slimmer and tighter rather than loose.
A double chin is often a mix of submental fat and skin laxity. Fat dissolving injections reduce fat but can leave loose skin behind. Endolift® treats both together, and the collagen response continues to firm the skin for months.
Areas we treat
- Under the chin (submental): stubborn fat that diet and exercise won't shift
- Neck: crepey skin and early laxity
- Jawline to neck angle: restoring a sharper angle between jaw and neck
- Neck bands: softening early horizontal lines, often combined with skin treatments
What happens on the day
- Dr Seth marks the area while you sit upright, so he can see exactly where fat and laxity sit.
- Local anaesthetic is applied. You stay awake and comfortable.
- The fibre is guided beneath the skin through a tiny entry point. Treatment usually takes about 45 minutes.
- You may be given a chin and neck compression garment to wear as advised, and go home the same day.

Recovery for the neck
Swelling under the chin is common for several days, and the area may feel firm or lumpy for a few weeks while treated fat is cleared. Most people return to work the next day. See the full recovery timeline.
Common questions
Does Endolift work on a double chin?
Yes. Endolift is well suited to a double chin caused by small fat deposits and mild to moderate laxity, because it reduces fat and tightens the skin at the same time.
Is Endolift better than fat dissolving injections?
Fat dissolving injections usually need several sessions and do not tighten skin. Endolift typically needs one session and tightens the skin as well as reducing fat. The right choice depends on your anatomy.
Will I need to wear a compression garment?
You may be advised to wear a chin and neck garment for a short period after treatment. Dr Seth will give you personal instructions.
How much does Endolift for the neck cost?
The neck or under chin is a single face area at £1,500. The lower face treatment, which includes the jawline, chin and neck, is £2,000.
