What to expect, and when
Some tightening is visible once the swelling settles, usually within one to two weeks. The full result develops over three to six months as new collagen forms.
- Day 1 to 7Swelling can make the area look fuller at first. This is normal and settles day by day.
- Weeks 2 to 4The jawline begins to look crisper as swelling resolves and treated fat starts to clear.
- Months 2 to 3Collagen remodelling tightens the skin further. Most patients notice the biggest change here.
- Months 3 to 6Your final result. Dr Seth takes review photographs in the same position as your before photos.

No. All before and after photos are unretouched, taken in the same light and position, and shown with written patient consent.

How long do Endolift results last?
Results are long lasting. Treated fat cells do not return and the new collagen is your own tissue, but your skin will keep ageing naturally.
