Why a video consultation comes first
Endolift is a medical procedure, so the decision to have it should come after a proper conversation with the doctor who will treat you. A video consultation lets that conversation happen early, from home, before you travel or commit to anything. It works well for Endolift because most of what the doctor needs to judge, such as skin laxity, jawline shape and fat under the chin, can be seen on camera, especially when good photos have already been reviewed.
At TK Medispa, the video consultation is free and is always with Dr Rohit Seth himself. It comes after he has looked at your 3 photos and thinks Endolift may suit you. If the photos suggest it will not, he will say so before a call is booked.
Before the call
A little preparation makes the call more useful.
- Choose a quiet place with good natural light, facing a window.
- Use a phone or laptop that can be propped at eye level, so you can turn your head when asked.
- Tie hair back and remove make up if you can, so the skin can be seen clearly.
- Have a list of your medical conditions, medicines and any previous treatments in the area, including fillers or threads.
- Write down your questions, so nothing is forgotten.
The call can be on Zoom, WhatsApp or Google Meet, whichever you find easiest. Our guide on taking your photos for an assessment covers the step before this.
What Dr Seth will cover
Every consultation is different, but the main parts are similar.
- Your concerns: what bothers you, how long you have noticed it, and what you hope to change.
- A look at the areas: he may ask you to turn your head, lift your chin or relax your face to judge laxity and fat.
- Your health: medical history, medicines, pregnancy or breastfeeding, skin conditions, blood clotting or autoimmune conditions, keloid scarring, and recent fillers or threads.
- What Endolift can and cannot do for you, including whether another approach, such as surgery, would suit you better.
- The treatment itself: local anaesthetic, a fine fibre through a tiny entry point, usually 1 session of about 60 to 90 minutes.
- Recovery and risks: expected swelling, bruising and numbness, the rarer risks, and how long results tend to last.
- The plan and a fixed price for the areas that make sense.
Sometimes the honest answer at this stage is that Endolift is not the best choice. Heavy, hanging skin usually responds better to surgery. Hollowing from lost volume needs a different approach, because Endolift does not restore volume. Large amounts of fat may suit liposuction better. If that is the case, Dr Seth will explain why and what is likely to help instead, so you leave the call with a clearer picture even if you do not book.
You are welcome to have a partner, friend or family member with you on the call if that helps you remember the details or ask questions.
How the price is set
At the end of the call, you will know exactly what the plan is and what it costs. Prices at TK Medispa are all inclusive, covering the photo assessment, video consultation, treatment, local anaesthetic, aftercare and review.

Questions worth asking
A good consultation is a 2 way conversation. These questions help you judge whether Endolift, and the clinic, are right for you.
- Am I a good candidate, and what result is realistic for my skin?
- Which device and fibres will be used?
- Who will perform the treatment?
- What are the most likely side effects for the area I want treated?
- What happens if I am not happy with the result?
Our list of 12 questions to ask before you book goes further.
Dr Seth's view "The video call is where I make sure we agree on what is realistic. I would much rather someone leaves the call knowing Endolift is not right for them than books something that will disappoint them. If it is right, they leave with a clear plan, a fixed price and plenty of time to think it over."
What happens after the call
There is no pressure to decide during the consultation. If you would like to go ahead, treatment is usually booked 5 to 7 days later. Before the day, you receive a written summary of the consultation and the consent form, so you can read them calmly at home. On the treatment day, Dr Seth sees you in person first, and consent is signed then. If you decide on the day not to go ahead, you receive a full refund.
The clinic is at 33 Holland Street, Kensington, about 5 minutes' walk from High Street Kensington station. The full process is set out on the patient journey page, and you can read more about Dr Rohit Seth and his training.
Next step
The first step is to send 3 photos (front, left and right, in natural light) for Dr Seth's free assessment. If Endolift looks suitable, he will offer you a free video consultation. Send your photos to get started.
Questions people also ask
Is the video consultation really free?
Yes. At TK Medispa the photo assessment and video consultation with Dr Seth are free, with no obligation to book. If you go ahead, both are included in the all inclusive treatment price along with the anaesthetic, aftercare and review.
How accurate can a video consultation be?
For Endolift it is usually very informative, especially with good photos reviewed beforehand. Dr Seth can judge laxity, jawline shape and fullness on camera. He also sees you in person on the treatment day before anything goes ahead, and consent is signed then.
Do I need to decide during the call?
No. You can take as long as you need. If you choose to proceed, treatment is usually booked 5 to 7 days later, and the written summary and consent form are sent beforehand so you can review them at home.
What if I live outside London?
The video consultation works from anywhere, so you can find out whether Endolift suits you before planning a trip. Treatment itself takes place at TK Medispa in Kensington, with aftercare advice and a review afterwards.
