Endolift journal · Cost · 4 min readWhat your Endolift price should include

A complete Endolift price should include a suitability assessment, a consultation with the treating doctor, named treatment areas, the genuine Eufoton device with a new original fibre, local anaesthetic, any compression garment, aftercare and a review with after photos. Ask about every item in writing before you compare quotes or pay a deposit.

Dr Rohit Seth explaining an Endolift treatment plan at a consultation

Why the inclusions matter

Endolift prices in London range from about £1,450 to £4,900 for the genuine treatment. Part of that spread comes from the number of areas treated and who performs it. Part of it comes from what is, and is not, included in the figure you are quoted.

A low headline price can grow once a consultation fee, anaesthetic or review is added. A higher price can turn out to be fair value once you see everything it covers. The only way to compare properly is to know exactly what you are paying for.

Each item in a little more detail

Assessment and consultation

Endolift works best for mild to moderate loose skin and small pockets of fat. It is not suitable for heavy, hanging skin, it does not restore lost volume and it is not a weight loss treatment. Someone qualified should look at your face and talk through your health before you pay anything, including pregnancy or breastfeeding, infection in the area, blood clotting or autoimmune conditions, keloid scarring, and recent fillers or threads.

Ideally, that conversation is with the doctor who will treat you. A plan drawn up by a salesperson and carried out by someone else is not the same.

The treatment itself

A complete price should name the areas and confirm the device. Genuine Endolift uses the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 at 1470 nm, with a fibre between 200 and 600 microns wide that is used once and then discarded. The treatment usually takes about 60 to 90 minutes and is usually a single session. If a clinic expects more than 1 session, ask why, and whether that is included.

Anaesthetic and garments

Endolift is done under local anaesthetic. For the neck and body, you will usually wear a compression garment or strap for 3 to 4 days afterwards. These should not be surprise extras on the day.

Aftercare and review

Swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness and temporary numbness are expected after treatment, and some firmness or small lumps can appear where fat was treated. Most of this settles within days, but numbness and firmness can take 1 to 2 weeks or longer. You should know who to call if something worries you. Our recovery and aftercare guide explains what is normal.

Because results improve over around 6 months as collagen remodels, a review with after photos taken in the same light and position is the fairest way to judge the outcome. It should be part of the price, not an optional extra.

Policies worth asking about

  • What happens if you decide not to go ahead on the day?
  • Is a deposit needed, and is it refundable?
  • Will you receive written information and a consent form to read before treatment day?

It is also reasonable to ask for the quote in writing, listing the areas, the inclusions and the total. A written quote protects you and the clinic, and makes it far easier to compare 2 or 3 options side by side at home rather than relying on memory after a busy consultation.

Clear answers to these tell you a lot about how a clinic treats its patients. Our list of 12 questions to ask before you book goes further.

What is included at TK Medispa

Every TK Medispa Endolift price includes the photo assessment, a free video consultation with Dr Seth, the treatment, local anaesthetic, aftercare and a review. A single face area is £1,500, the lower face £2,000, the full face £2,500, a single body area £2,000 and the stomach £3,000. The written consultation summary and consent form are sent before treatment day, and if you decide not to go ahead on the day, you receive a full refund. Full details are on the cost page.

Dr Seth's view "I prefer a single price that covers everything, agreed before you book. People should not have to wonder whether the review is extra, or whether the anaesthetic is on top. When you know exactly what you are paying for, you can make a calm decision, and that is how medical treatment should be chosen."

Next step

If you would like an all inclusive, fixed price for your own face, send 3 photos (front, left and right, in natural light) for Dr Seth's free assessment. He will tell you whether Endolift is likely to help and, if so, which areas he would treat. Send your photos here.

Questions people also ask

Should I pay for an Endolift consultation?

Some clinics charge and others do not. What matters more is who you see. A consultation with the doctor who will treat you, covering suitability, risks and a fixed price, is worth more than a free chat with someone who will not be holding the laser.

Is a review appointment really necessary?

Yes. Endolift results build over 3 to 6 months as collagen remodels. A review with photos in the same light and position lets you and your doctor see what has changed honestly, and gives a chance to discuss any concerns.

Why would a clinic charge extra for anaesthetic?

Some clinics price the laser work separately from everything around it, which makes the headline figure look lower. Local anaesthetic is a normal part of Endolift, so it is fair to expect it to be included and worth checking if it is not.
