Genuine Endolift in London usually costs between about £1,450 and £4,900, and most full face prices sit between £2,495 and £3,900. The price depends on how many areas are treated, who performs it and what is included. Adverts from £700 to £1,000 are usually for unbranded copy devices, not the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500.

What Endolift costs in London

If you search for Endolift prices you will see figures that seem to have nothing in common. That is because they are often describing different things: different devices, different numbers of areas and different amounts of care. Once you separate those out, the market makes more sense.

For genuine Endolift, performed with the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 laser and original single use fibres, London prices run from roughly £1,450 to £4,900. Most full face treatments sit between £2,495 and £3,900. Below that range you will find adverts for "Endolaser" and other unbranded devices, often from about £700 to £1,000.

Why genuine Endolift prices vary

Several things push a quote up or down. None of them is hidden, but clinics do not always explain them.

The number of areas

The biggest factor is simply how much is treated. A single area such as the jowls takes less time and fewer fibres than a full face plan covering cheeks, malar bags, jowls, chin and neck. Body areas such as the stomach are larger again.

The device and the fibres

Endolift uses a fibre between 200 and 600 microns wide, placed beneath the skin through a tiny entry point. Genuine clinics use original fibres, which are single use and add to the cost of every treatment. A clinic that reuses fibres or uses cheaper copies can charge less, but you are no longer having the same treatment.

Who performs it

Endolift is minimally invasive, but it is still a laser working under the skin near nerves and blood vessels. A doctor with surgical training understands facial anatomy, can judge who is suitable and can manage problems if they arise. That experience is part of what you pay for.

What is included

Some prices cover the treatment only. Others include the assessment, consultation, local anaesthetic, aftercare and a review. A pair of quotes can look very different and turn out to be close once you add the extras. Our guide to what your Endolift price should include lists what to ask about.

Why some adverts say £700

Low prices are not always a warning sign, but with Endolift they usually point to a different product. "Endolaser" is a general term and many clinics use it for unbranded lasers. Some of these work at other wavelengths, some use thicker fibres, and some are operated by people without medical training.

Genuine Endolift uses a 1470 nm wavelength, which is strongly absorbed by water and fat. That is what allows it to contract the fibrous septa under the skin, liquefy small fat deposits and start collagen remodelling. A device built to a different specification may not behave the same way, and you have no published track record to rely on. How to compare quotes fairly

When you have more than 1 quote in front of you, put them on the same footing before you decide.

  1. Ask which device will be used, and whether it is the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 with original single use fibres.
  2. Ask who will carry out the treatment, and what their medical training is.
  3. Check exactly which areas are covered by the price.
  4. Ask whether consultation, anaesthetic, aftercare and review are included or charged separately.
  5. Ask what happens if you change your mind on the day.
  6. Look at before and after photos taken by that clinic, in the same light and position.

It also helps to be realistic about value. Results can last up to 2 years, depending on your age, skin, weight stability, sun exposure and smoking. Results vary from person to person, and Endolift works best for mild to moderate laxity and small fat pockets. It will not replace surgery for heavy, hanging skin, so the cheapest option for you may sometimes be a different treatment altogether.

Dr Seth's view "Most people who contact me have already seen 3 or 4 very different prices. I tell them to stop comparing the headline number and compare the treatment. Which laser, which fibres, who holds it, and what happens afterwards. If those answers are the same, then compare price. If they are not, you are not comparing like with like."

Next step

If you would like to know whether Endolift suits you and what it would cost, send 3 photos (front, left and right, in natural light) for Dr Seth's free assessment. He will tell you honestly whether it is likely to help, and you can then have a free video consultation to agree a plan and a fixed price. You can send your photos here.

Questions people also ask

Why is Endolift so much cheaper at some clinics?

Usually because it is not the same treatment. Many low priced adverts use unbranded lasers described as Endolaser, sometimes with different wavelengths or reused fibres, and sometimes performed by people without medical training. Ask which device and fibres are used before comparing prices.

Is Endolift cheaper than a facelift?

Yes, the upfront cost is usually much lower. A surgical facelift in London usually costs £7,000 or more, while genuine Endolift for the lower face or full face is commonly £2,000 to £3,900. They are not equivalent treatments, though, and heavy, hanging skin is better treated with surgery.

Do I pay more for a full face than for 1 area?

Yes. More areas mean more treatment time and more single use fibre. At TK Medispa a single face area is £1,500, the lower face is £2,000 and the full face is £2,500, each including assessment, consultation, anaesthetic, aftercare and review.
