Endolift journal · Cost · 4 min readCheap Endolift deals: what you should check first

Endolift deals from about £700 to £1,000 are usually for unbranded "Endolaser" devices rather than the genuine Eufoton LASEmaR 1500. Before paying, check the device, that the fibres are new and original, who will perform it and what the price includes. Genuine Endolift in London usually costs from about £1,450.

Why cheap Endolift deals exist

If you have seen Endolift advertised for £700 or £1,000, you are not imagining it. Offers at that level appear regularly on social media and deal sites. Genuine Endolift in London, by contrast, usually costs from about £1,450 for a single area, with most full face treatments between £2,495 and £3,900.

A gap that large usually has an explanation. Sometimes it is a genuine introductory offer from a reputable clinic. More often, the treatment being sold is not quite the treatment you think you are buying. The checks below will help you tell the difference before you pay a deposit.

Check 1: is it the genuine device?

Endolift is a specific treatment using the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 laser at a wavelength of 1470 nm. "Endolaser" is a looser term that many clinics use for unbranded lasers, some of which work at other wavelengths or with different fibres.

The wavelength matters. At 1470 nm the laser is strongly absorbed by water and fat, which is what allows it to tighten the fibrous septa under the skin, liquefy small fat deposits and start collagen remodelling. A device built to a different specification may not behave in the same way, and there is no published track record for it.

Ask the clinic directly: "Which laser will you use, and is it the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500?" A genuine clinic will answer without hesitation. Our page on genuine Endolift explains what to look for.

Check 2: are the fibres new and original?

The fibre is the part that goes under your skin. It is between 200 and 600 microns wide and is designed to be used once. Original single use fibres are a real cost for every treatment, and it is among the places where very low prices can come from.

Ask whether the fibre is new, original and opened in front of you. Reused or substitute fibres raise questions about sterility and about how the energy is delivered.

Check 3: who will perform it?

Endolift is minimally invasive, but it is still a laser working beneath the skin, close to nerves and blood vessels. The rarer risks include burns, skin irregularity, infection, scarring at the entry points and temporary nerve weakness. Around the jawline, the marginal mandibular nerve, which helps control the smile, is the nerve that needs most care.

Ask who will hold the laser, what their medical qualifications are and how many Endolift treatments they have performed. Ask, too, what would happen if something went wrong, and who you would contact out of hours. Our article on why it matters who performs your Endolift covers this in detail.

It is also fair to ask how the clinic assesses suitability. A responsible practitioner will want to see your face, ask about your health and medicines, and check for anything that needs discussion first, such as blood clotting or autoimmune conditions, a history of keloid scarring, or recent fillers or threads in the area. If none of this comes up, nobody has really decided whether the treatment is right for you.

Check 4: what does the price include?

A low headline figure sometimes covers only part of the journey. Before you compare, find out whether these are included:

  • A proper assessment of whether you are suitable.
  • A consultation with the person who will treat you.
  • Local anaesthetic.
  • Any compression garment or strap needed for neck or body areas.
  • Aftercare advice and someone to contact if you are worried.
  • A review appointment, with after photos in the same light and position.

Also check which areas the price covers. An offer for "Endolift" may mean only 1 small area, while a full lower face plan includes the lower cheeks, jowls, chin and neck. Our guide to what your Endolift price should include sets this out in full.

Warning signs to take seriously

SignWhy it matters
The clinic will not name the deviceYou cannot know what treatment you are having
Pressure to pay a deposit todayA medical decision should not be rushed
No consultation with the person treating youNobody has checked whether you are suitable
Promises of a certain outcome or results that never fadeResults vary and can last up to 2 years
Claims that it suits everyoneIt is best for mild to moderate laxity, not heavy, hanging skin
No mention of side effectsSwelling, bruising and numbness are expected, and rarer risks exist
No clear refund policyYou should be able to change your mind

A good clinic will also tell you when Endolift is not right for you. It is not a weight loss treatment, it does not restore lost volume and it is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If nobody asks about your health, medications, previous fillers or threads, that is a warning in itself.

Dr Seth's view "I understand why a low price is tempting. But I also see people who have had a cheap treatment elsewhere and want to know why nothing changed, or why they have a lump. Before you pay anything, ask which laser, which fibre, who is holding it and what happens if you are unhappy. A clinic that answers those questions clearly is worth considering, whatever its price."

Questions people also ask

Is Endolaser the same as Endolift?

Not necessarily. Endolift refers to the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 at 1470 nm with original single use fibres. Endolaser is a broader term often used for unbranded devices, which may use other wavelengths or fibres. Always ask which laser will be used.

How can I check a clinic uses genuine Endolift?

Ask them to name the device and confirm it is the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500, and ask whether the fibre is new and original. Ask who performs the treatment and their qualifications. A genuine clinic will answer these questions clearly and in writing if you ask.

Are all cheap Endolift offers unsafe?

No. Some reputable clinics run genuine offers. The point is to check rather than assume. If the device, fibres, practitioner and inclusions all check out, a lower price may simply be a good deal. If the clinic is vague on any of them, be cautious.

What should I do if a cheap treatment went wrong?

Contact the clinic that treated you first, and if you have any signs of infection, a burn or worsening pain, seek medical advice promptly. Keep photos and records. A doctor experienced in Endolift can assess what has happened and advise on next steps.
