Choose an Endolift clinic in London by checking 4 things: that the device is the genuine Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 with original single use fibres, that a suitably trained doctor performs the treatment, that the price is fixed and clearly lists what it includes, and that the clinic assesses you honestly and will say if Endolift is not right for you.

London has a large number of clinics offering Endolift or something that sounds like it. Prices range widely, the names are confusing, and most websites look equally reassuring. The differences that matter are often not visible on the homepage. This guide sets out what to check, in a sensible order, so you can compare clinics fairly. It applies whether you choose TK Medispa or anywhere else.

Is it genuine Endolift?

Endolift is a specific treatment using the LASEmaR 1500 laser made by Eufoton, at a wavelength of 1470 nm, with original single use fibres. Some clinics offer treatments called Endolaser, laser lifting or similar, using unbranded or copy devices. These are often advertised from around £700 to £1,000. Some may work reasonably, but you have less information about how they perform and what safety controls they have.

Ask the clinic directly which device they use and whether the fibres are original and single use. A clinic using the genuine system should be happy to tell you. You can read more in our guide to Endolift compared with copy devices and on the genuine Endolift page.

Who will actually perform the treatment?

This matters more than anything else. Endolift involves passing a laser fibre through the tissues beneath the skin, close to small nerves and blood vessels. Knowledge of facial anatomy reduces the chance of problems such as burns, irregularity or nerve weakness.

  • Ask for the name of the person who will treat you, not just the clinic's medical director.
  • If they are a doctor, ask for their GMC number and check it on the medical register.
  • Ask what their training is and how many Endolift treatments they have done.
  • Ask who you will see if you have a problem afterwards.

There is a fuller explanation in why it matters who performs your Endolift.

How honest is the assessment?

A good clinic should be willing to say no. Endolift suits mild to moderate laxity and small fat pockets. It does not suit heavy, hanging skin, large amounts of fat or lost volume. If a clinic agrees to treat everyone who enquires, that is a warning sign.

Look for a clinic where the doctor who will treat you assesses your photos or sees you before you pay, explains what Endolift can and cannot do for your particular face, and talks about results in terms of ranges rather than promises. Results vary, and any clinic that suggests otherwise is not being straight with you.

What does the price include?

Prices for genuine Endolift in London run from roughly £1,450 to £4,900 depending on the clinic and the areas treated. Most full face prices sit between £2,495 and £3,900. A low headline price can hide extra charges, so compare like with like.

Question to askWhy it matters
Is the consultation included? Some clinics charge separately for it.
Is local anaesthetic included? It is needed for every treatment and should not be an extra.
Is aftercare included?Including any compression garment and contact if you have concerns.
Is a review appointment included?A proper review with after photos helps you judge the result.
Is the price fixed in writing? You should know the full cost before treatment day.
What happens if I change my mind?Refund terms vary a great deal between clinics.

For reference, at TK Medispa prices include photo assessment, video consultation, treatment, local anaesthetic, aftercare and a review. A single face area is £1,500, the lower face £2,000 and the full face £2,500. Our guide to what your Endolift price should include goes into more detail.

You should never feel rushed. Signs of a careful process include a written summary of your consultation, a consent form you can read at home before the day, time to ask questions, and a clear plan for what happens afterwards.

At TK Medispa, for example, treatment is booked 5 to 7 days after the video consultation, and the written summary and consent form are sent beforehand. On the day there is an in person consultation with Dr Seth first, and if you decide not to go ahead you receive a full refund. Whatever clinic you choose, look for a process that gives you time and a genuine way out.

Dr Seth's view "When patients compare clinics they usually compare prices first. I would compare who holds the fibre first, then the device, then what happens if something does not go to plan. The price only makes sense once you know those answers."

Practical points for choosing in London

Location matters less than quality, but it is still worth thinking about. You may need to travel home on the day with some swelling, and you will come back for a review. A clinic that is easy to reach by public transport is helpful. TK Medispa is at 33 Holland Street, Kensington, around 5 minutes' walk from High Street Kensington station on the District and Circle lines. Patients come from across the city, including West London, Chelsea and Knightsbridge.

It is also reasonable to ask to see before and after photos taken in the same light and position, so you can judge results fairly. Photos taken in different lighting can make almost any treatment look dramatic.

Next step

If you would like to start by seeing whether Endolift suits you, send 3 photos (front, left and right, in natural light) for Dr Seth's free assessment. There is no obligation, and he will tell you honestly if another option suits you better. Send your photos.

Questions people also ask

How can I tell if a clinic uses genuine Endolift?

Ask which laser they use and who makes it. Genuine Endolift uses the Eufoton LASEmaR 1500 at 1470 nm with original single use fibres. A clinic using the genuine system should tell you this clearly. Be cautious with vague answers or names such as Endolaser offered at much lower prices.

Is a cheaper Endolift clinic in London worth considering?

Possibly, but check what you are comparing. A lower price may reflect a copy device, a less experienced practitioner, or extras charged later such as consultation, anaesthetic or review. Once you compare the device, who performs it and what is included, the gap between clinics often looks different.

Should the doctor who treats me also do my consultation?

Ideally, yes. The person who will perform the treatment is best placed to judge whether it will work for your face and to explain the risks honestly. If a different person handles the consultation, ask when you will meet the treating doctor and make sure it happens before you commit.
